Before you write

A few requests we can answer instantly:

Lost your licence key? It is in the receipt Lemon Squeezy emailed you. Search your inbox for “makebeats”.
New device? Open the app, choose Restore access from the Pro dialog, and paste the key.
Want a refund? Email support within 7 days — no questions asked.
No sound? Almost always the browser needing a tap on Play first, or a muted tab.

We aim to reply within a couple of working days.

When you report a bug

It helps enormously if you include:

What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
Your browser and version, and whether it is desktop, Android or iOS.
The build version, shown in the app footer next to “makebeats”.
A screenshot or, if it is an audio problem, roughly which kit and instruments were involved.

Please never email us your card details. We do not process payments ourselves and never need your payment information.

Where to find us

makebeats is an independent project, made in the browser it runs in. The only official place to buy Pro is this site via Lemon Squeezy checkout — if someone is selling a “makebeats Pro key” anywhere else, it is not us.
